I was born in Miami, FL and I began painting classes every Saturday at a local art school around the age of 7. As a teenager, I learned HTML and CSS by inspecting websites and soon built my own on Geocities, Angelfire and LiveJournal.
I graduated Summa Cum Laude from Florida International University with a Bachelor of Fine Arts and a Bachelor of Arts in Art History. I also attended Virginia Commonwealth University for their Summer Studio Program before finding a 9-to-5 job in an unrelated field.
I currently live in NC with my husband and daughter.
